From specification to delivery

One coordinated conversation with China’s supply chain.

We help international teams communicate project requirements to suitable manufacturers and coordinate the sourcing process step by step.

How a sourcing brief moves forward

Six parts of the process.

Scope is agreed around each project brief, supplier capability and the services required by the customer.

01 / REVIEW

Requirement review

We review drawings, specifications, a BOM, target quantities, materials and the intended application to understand the sourcing need.

02 / MATCH

Supplier identification

We identify and communicate with Chinese manufacturers whose stated capabilities appear relevant to the project requirements.

03 / QUOTE

Quotation & specification coordination

We coordinate supplier quotations, clarify specification details and communicate questions between the customer and manufacturers.

04 / FOLLOW UP

Production updates

Where included in the agreed scope, we follow up on production schedules and coordinate progress communication with suppliers.

05 / QUALITY

Quality coordination

We can coordinate agreed quality checks and supplier follow-up. Inspection arrangements depend on project scope and supplier availability.

06 / EXPORT

Export & delivery coordination

We coordinate export documentation and international delivery arrangements according to the agreed order and destination.

Our role is sourcing and coordination. We do not operate factories, provide EPC services or independently design complete data centres. Specific activities, supplier options and delivery arrangements depend on project requirements and supplier capabilities.

Start with the brief

Share what you are trying to source.

Drawings, specifications, a BOM or a short project overview are useful starting points.
